These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Nuntar ("Nuntar," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Nuntar online gaming platform, including all games, features, payment services, and related content available at nuntar.com and through the Nuntar mobile application (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with Nuntar's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register and maintain an account on Nuntar, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Nuntar strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of Nuntar, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Nuntar reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full features of the Nuntar Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual may hold only one active Nuntar account. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited regardless of the reason. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Nuntar reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending wagers, and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activity conducted through your account – whether authorized by you or not – is your responsibility unless you have notified Nuntar of unauthorized access in writing without undue delay.

• Use a strong, unique password for your Nuntar account.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Never share your credentials with another person, including Nuntar support staff.

Nuntar will never request your password through any channel. Any communication purporting to be from Nuntar that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All financial transactions on the Nuntar Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Nuntar supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Nuntar account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Nuntar does not accept cash deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published on the deposit page and may be updated from time to time. Nuntar does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the withdrawal page, which vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one to three business days. Nuntar reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal.

• All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• Nuntar reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Funds deposited in error may be returned at Nuntar's discretion, less any applicable processing fees.

Each game available on the Nuntar Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

All game outcomes on Nuntar are determined by certified random number generation systems. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game information panel. Nuntar does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence results in favor of or against any individual player.

Malfunction voids all pays and plays. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, Nuntar will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to your account balance. Nuntar's decision in such matters is final.

• Wagers placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• Nuntar reserves the right to void wagers placed in error or as a result of a system error.
• Players must not use automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any game on the Platform.

Nuntar may from time to time offer bonuses, free plays, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. These promotion-specific terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Nuntar reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, Nuntar will make reasonable efforts to honor any wagering already completed under the promotion terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Nuntar Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating more than one Nuntar account.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the Platform or any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to Nuntar support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Nuntar staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

All content on the Nuntar Platform, including but not limited to game software, graphics, animations, audio, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of Nuntar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of Nuntar's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

Nuntar collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Nuntar implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and Nuntar cannot guarantee absolute security.

Nuntar may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by applicable law or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Nuntar, its players, or the public.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nuntar, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

Nuntar's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Nuntar account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nuntar makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nuntar does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nuntar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Identification of problem gambling behavior, in the interest of player welfare.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, Nuntar reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach – such as a voluntary self-exclusion request – any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of applicable verification procedures.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting Nuntar support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.

Nuntar is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment. Gaming should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

Nuntar provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

Where changes are material, Nuntar will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Nuntar recommends that you check this page each time you access the Platform to ensure you are aware of the current Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and Nuntar, you agree to first contact Nuntar's support team to seek an informal resolution. Nuntar will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent Nuntar from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
